very day a guest is admitted to Harmony Health Center at Greenbriar, we begin planning for his or her dicharge.
Our guests spiritual and emotional needs are met by a caring staff of Social Service professionals. Our
social workers participate in assisting new guests, to assure a smooth transition to their change in environment. Our staff
is also available to meet with family members regarding a guests progress or special needs.
Staying active is important to the well-being and rehabilitation of our residents. Our enthusiastic Activity
Department staff provides a variety of activity programs daily. Meals are served in our spacious and attractive dining hall.
All of our meals are delicious and freshly prepared by a professional staff including dietary and nutrinional consultants.
