At Harmony Health Center at Greenbriar, we have developed a unique approach to rehabilitation which
enhances individualized attention and goal-setting.
Our specially trained therapists work as a team with guests and familes to develop a successful treatment
program which is customized to the individual need of each resident. Our staff is extremely dedicated to delivering one of
the most advanced rehabilitative programs in the area. Following each week of intense treatment, the team assesses the resident's
progress. The resident experiences the thrill of successes as each goal is accomplished and is ready to accept the next challenge
in a gradual return to independence.
 The road to recovery after a disabling accident or illness can be physically and emotionally stressful for
both the patient and family. However, time and again the value of comprehensive rehabilitative therapy as an essential part
of the medical treatment has consistently helped patients return home sooner and regain independent living with a higher degree
